Preparation:
2 sachet of Tiger Brand Traditional Soup Spices, 1kg meat (pre-blanched for 5 minutes), garlic 2 pieces, 1.5L Hot water, spring onion
Cooking method:
1. Add 2 sachet of Tiger Brand Traditional Soup Spices and pre-blanched meat into boiling hot water cook for 30minutes
2. Add garlic and spring onion. Continue to cook for 30-40 minutes. Ready to serve
